Franciscan Kitchens

Franciscan Kitchens is the centerpiece of our outreach with a bustling soup kitchen and food pantry at St. Ann’s Church.

Each year, we provide over 100,000 meals to those in need with the help of over 300 dedicated volunteers. Our efforts to feed the hungry are supported by a strong belief that each person should have a warm, welcoming place to eat and be treated with dignity and kindness.

St. Ann’s Soup Kitchen

Franciscan Kitchens operates a soup kitchen open five days a week, providing hot, home-cooked, nutritious meals planned and made by a professional chef. Our volunteers, many of whom have built relationships with our clients over the years, help with preparation and service of those meals. They also pack and distribute bags filled with food and personal hygiene items that clients can take home.  The soup kitchen has become a hub for Franciscan Charities and its ministries with over a thousand people passing through its doors each week.
