Soup Kitchen receives grant from The Hyde & Watson Foundation

Franciscan Charities is happy to announce the receipt of a $9,000 grant from The Hyde and Watson Foundation of Warren, NJ. The funds will be used to improve the soup kitchen’s security system and provide lockers for the volunteers to store their personal belongings.

Over the years, The Hyde and Watson Foundation has been a generous supporter of Franciscan Charities. Past grant awards have allowed the charity to build a room for the literacy program, expand the kitchen prep area, purchase kitchen equipment, install new flooring, purchase new tables and chairs, and much more.
